About
Graduated from Université Paris-Saclay with a Master in Economics, and an MBA from Ecole des Ponts in Paris, I founded Pairspective Partners after 15 years in Business Development and Consulting, to offer Coaching, Training, Team Facilitation & Business Consulting.
Located in the Paris area, I do consultations remotely and on-site with various formats. The persons that I accompany are located in Europe, the US, Africa and the Middle East.
Coaching is a collaborative process that empowers clients to deploy their talents and sustain growth in a manner that is authentic. In this spirit, I use the Co-Active methodoly, one that makes client and coach a tandem, an active pair to change perspectives and ignite action to serve the client's goal.

Life Pilars
Love and the search for harmony are my essence in life. I feel most alive with my son, who lives abroad. Fire me up with a conversation about history, the universe and the end of time, Eastern philosophy and geopolitics. Teach me about permaculture, biology, crafts and whatever your art is.
As a child, I wanted to be an archaeologist, but the teacher said that "everything had already been discovered". Later, curiosity led me to study economics and understand the flows in human societies.
Sport is a key element in my balance. After many years of boxing in various forms, I discovered rock climbing, which combines physical and mental focus to get beyond a problem using technique, style, angle management (perspective) while drawing on one's strength in a process of elevation.
In my spare time, I enjoy singing and walking in the forest of Fontainebleau or in the mountains, particularly in the Calanques of Marseille, and riding my motorbike there.
Today, I bring cooperation values and a 360 vision alive along with a business expertise and coaching acumen to deliver authentic personal development as well as growth hacks to my clients.
